Hello all, I'm happy to share the latest and greatest on what our team worked on in Q4 2024:

PRODUCT - Released

• Web App Rebuild: After working hard for quite some time our team is proud that we've release our completely rebuilt web app! The intention behind the rebuild was to enhance speed and performance on the platform even further with the latest from Next JS and React Query, update the UI/UX, and add new feature depth. Here are a few of the new highlights:
  • Workout program, session, and exercise history: Easy and fast searching with export functionality for all data that's been tracked for a client over time.
  • Staff & Member onboarding improvements: Additional features as backups to integrations so managers can manually activate team members and clients.
  • New User Role: For our multi-location customers we created a new role for managers who oversee multiple locations (often referred to as Regional or District Managers in the US) to easily all the locations data they need.
  • Team data improvements: Improved UI/UX for managers of multiple locations to view general activity data across the platform for their training staff and gym members.

PRODUCT - Upcoming

• Client Status Labels: For supported integrations with the data available we'll be adding the new client statuses to members of prospect and active client to help with client list filtering for personal training staff.
• Enterprise Chat: A new add-on for enterprise level customers, we plan on adding trainer to member messaging by the end of Q1 2025.
• Supported Integrations: As we've continued to scale our company and platform we've had requests to prioritize additional supported integrations to help with onboarding large multi-location gym chains. We'll share more as these plans continue to develop.

GENERAL NOTES
As a company we're in the process of scaling up our company with several really fast-growing fitness businesses and are seeing our long-held thesis play out. As a team our goals continue to be crystal clear:

1. Make our platform incredibly easy to integrate and roll out for large fitness businesses.
2. Deliver the best possible user experience for trainers to do their job well.
3. Create opportunities within our customers' businesses for scalable training models, enabling fitness professionals to earn more.
