Hello all, I'm happy to share the latest and greatest on what our team worked on in Q3 2023:

PRODUCT - RELEASED

• Custom & Supported Integration Improvements: This was a massive project that our team decided to take on towards the end of last year that required significant refactoring in our backend code base and system architecture. The target outcomes were to improve our user creation and management logic for the day-to-day needs of our single location and multi-location customers' custom and supported integration platforms. As we’ve grown our platform and customer base over time with several supported integrations we realized that the initial implementation wasn’t sustainable for the company. I couldn’t be happier to report that we've fully completed the data migration required and the updates are live for all new and active customers. The tough work we put in will unlock new use cases for our platform and significantly improve the day to day account support we can give our customers for club, staff, or member ID questions that pop up over time.
• Franchisor-Franchisee - Shared Client History Support: As we’ve continued to grow our franchisor-franchisee gym and studio customer bases we’ve stumbled into several interesting new use cases to support. One of the strongest needs that bubbled up was helping Franchisor gyms smoothly handoff training clients from an Franchisor HQ owned gym to a new Franchisee gym with the full workout history available even if the Franchisor and Franchisee have two different integration accounts. Implementing this feature was only possible due to the refactoring we completed and I’m happy to say that this feature has been fully deployed to help some of our fastest growing customers continue to scale smoothly!
• Mobile App - Rebuild: Our mobile app usage has historically been much lower than our responsive web app due to the requirements and preferences of our customers, but we wanted to rebuild and redesign our mobile apps to ensure they didn't become too outdated. We've implemented the latest/greatest with react native, modern mobile design and are very happy with the feedback that we’ve been getting after the release.

PRODUCT - UPCOMING

• Paramount Acceptance Integration: We’re in the early stages of beginning a partnership with the Paramount Acceptance team to build an integration that makes it easy for their customer base to smoothly onboard and unlock value with the StrengthPortal platform. I’m excited to share more as this continues to develop!
