2025 Q1 Retrospective

Hello all, I'm happy to share the latest and greatest on what our team worked on in Q1 2025:

PRODUCT - Released

  • Web App - Continued Optimization: After our large release of the rebuild we continued to put a focus on optimizing the platforma and rebuilding feature parity to the previous version. Whenever you release a large new update it takes a bit of time to see how it performs at scale and where any optimization is neeeded. We're very happy with the results we're seeing and will keep looking for value-add quick wins.
  • Client Status Labels: For supported integrations with the data available we be added the new client statuses to members of prospect and active client to help with client list filtering for personal training staff.
  • Enterprise Chat: We couldn't be more excited with our release of trainer to client messaging within our software platform.For multi-location enterprise gym chains, this new feature provides a modern, in-app messaging experience—eliminating the need for trainers to rely on email or give out personal phone numbers.This feature has been an immediate value-add that is improving trainer-client communication for our largest customers.

PRODUCT - Upcoming

  • Supported Integrations: As we've continued to scale our company and platform we've had requests to prioritize additional supported integrations to help with onboarding large multi-location gym chains. We have our eyes on several of the top growing platforms in the space that have a shared customer base. One gym management platform we're looking into supporting is Xplor Gym. We've watched closely as their company has scaled the top ranked software for gyms and clubs globally and are very interested in building an integration to be their best personal training software partner.
  • Chat Based AI Agents: We are actively building POCs and researching opportunities to deploy chat based AI agents that cleanly fit into our new chat feature. We see value-add opportunites for assisting with trainer and gym member training sesssion scheduling, selling training packages, and reporting Q&A pulling from our integration partners and StrengthPortal dataset. We'll be sharing more as we move this forward.

GENERAL NOTES
As a company we're in the process of scaling up our company with several really fast-growing fitness businesses and are seeing our long-held thesis play out. As a team our goals continue to be crystal clear:

  1. Make our platform incredibly easy to integrate and roll out for large fitness businesses.
  2. Deliver the best possible user experience for trainers to do their job well.
  3. Create opportunities within our customers' businesses for scalable training models, enabling fitness professionals to earn more.

Lots of fun work ahead for our team. We're excited for what's ahead in 2025.
